We are a real estate investment firm, focused on achieving current income and long-term growth through investments in commercial properties primarily in great markets of California and Colorado.  Our goal is to achieve high yields to counter the low returns being paid by CDs and Savings accounts.

We focus on investing in real estate assets consists primarily of suburban office buildings, and warehouse properties. We also make loans secured by mortgages on real estate and manage single-property partnerships not majority owned by us. Our real estate focus include property acquisitions and dispositions, secured financing, leasing, development and asset management.
